You don’t need to lose weight to be worthy of happiness.
You don’t need to lose weight to be worthy of respect.
You don’t need to lose weight to be worthy of love.
You don’t need to lose weight to be worthy.

This is what 5 lbs of muscle looks like vs 5 lbs of fat. So don’t focus on your weight. Focus on what you’re made of.
Please also remember that fat surrounds your organs, its sits between the layers of muscles, its all over your hands and feet, its on your eyelids and ears and all those silly random places you dont think about.
When you look in the mirror and dont see an flatter stomach and you cant see where you are losing it from do not think its not happening because it is.

Here’s to all my boys with love handles, stretch marks, ribs that show, who feel they are too big or too small, who feel “unmanly,” who have cellulite, who can’t grow facial hair, who can’t seem to gain weight or lose it, who feel “too short” or wish they looked like a male model. Y'all matter. Love you. 💕
This reassures me very much. :D
